Aberfile Invoicing is extreamly flexible
yet easy to use.
Data entry may be by keyboard or by clicking your selection on popup lists. (You may customize the these list to the needs of your studio.)
You can pre-define portrait packages and Aberfile will allow you to redefine "units", moving units from one pose/size to another pose/size. If you add poses or units over the number included with the package, Aberfile will add pose change and/or additional unit charges.
Each item has auto pricing with manuel over ride.
You may select the sales tax rate for each line mixing taxable and nontaxable items in the same invoice.
With our Digital Sales Room option you may make your selections by viewing your clients images directly from Aberfiles Invoice Input Window. Images may also be included on your Invoice Printout.
