Aberfiles Appointment Calendar is designed specifically for the photography studio.
When you enter the Appointment scheduler from a Client/Prospect card, Name, Phone Number and Category are automatically entered. Appointments also contains Appointment Type (Booking, Consultation, Photography, Viewing, Ordering, Deliver and Other), Photographer, Made by Person, Person For, Date, Start and End Time.
Appointments may be Viewed as a List (sorted by start time) of all the above items, As a Time Chart showing the time range from start to finish.
By clicking on the list an Appointment Type, an Sales Persons or Photographers Name Only Appointments of that Type or Persons appointments will be shown.
As appointments are made a List of Appointments Made To Day is recorded. And Appointment is posted on Clients Appointment List.
The Aberfile Appointment Scheduler is Linked to Client File Cards and Prospect File Cards.
